Dedication and Involvement
The Paul First Nation Education Authority believes that the school belongs to the people of the community. The Paul First Nation Education Authority functions as an agency of the community in the best interest of students. the Paul First Nation Education Authority recognizes and accepts that the people are the ultimate governors of education and that the Education Authority is directly accountable to the people. However, the Education Authority believes that accountability is a shared responsibility involving students, parents, teachers, the Principal, the Director of Education, education admin staff, support staff, as well as the Paul Band Chief and Council.
Function of the Paul First Nation Education Authority
The Paul First Nation Education Authority believes that the enactment of policies is its most important function, and that the implementation of policies shall be the function of the Director of Education. The Paul First Nation Education Authority has been delegated the responsibility to provide oversight and direction on all matters pertaining to education in the Paul Band community. The Paul First Nation Education Authority believes that its policies provide guidance and direction on all matters pertaining to education. Changes in needs, conditions, purposes, and objectives require that policies be kept current.
